Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a QC Team Member to join our manufacturing quality team in Georgia. Under general supervision, you will perform quality control inspections and testing, support defect investigations, and help implement corrective actions to minimize impact on production.

You will maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot QC equipment, document results in the QMS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold safety, quality, and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in a manufacturing, high paced, or quality environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect, and report on product quality and workmanship across production stages.
• Perform QC inspections and testing, including minor repairs per procedures.
• Support investigation of quality issues and help implement corrective actions.
• Maintain QC tools, equipment, calibration, and organize work area per 5S.
• Document inspection/test results in the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Support training of QC personnel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
