Job summary

CLEAResult seeks a Quality Assurance Field Reviewer to conduct on-site and shadow audits of credentialed Raters under CHEERS oversight. This field-based role requires 3-4 days per week on-site with occasional overnight travel.

You will perform Field Verification & Diagnostic Testing, compare findings with Rater reports in CHEERS, and provide written feedback to resolve discrepancies while coordinating travel independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a HERS/ECC Rater, HVAC Tech/Contractor, Building Inspector, Energy Consultant, or T24 SME.
• Strong knowledge of HERS & FVDT protocols.
• Ability to conduct field diagnostic testing.
• Excellent written communication and organization skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own schedule and routes.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site QA reviews of Title 24 Rater work.
• Perform Field Verification & Diagnostic Testing (FVDT).
• Compare in-field findings against Rater-submitted results in the CHEERS platform.
• Provide written feedback and document findings, communicating directly with Raters to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate travel and scheduling independently, including occasional overnight trips (monthly).

You'll schedule and perform in-field verification of Rater-reported results, ensuring Field Verification & Diagnostic Testing (FVDT) protocols were correctly followed, and provide written feedback to Raters to address and help resolve any discrepancies found.This is a field-based role requiring 3-4 days per week on-site performing inspections, with the flexibility to travel overnight at least once a month for sites farther from home base. Day trips are typically within about 2 hours of your home base; overnight trips cover greater distances.
