Job summary

Worley seeks a Quality Assurance Field Engineer for an active industrial construction site. You will verify compliance with project specs, support construction execution, and drive continuous quality improvements across the project lifecycle.

In this field-based role, you will collaborate with construction, engineering, quality control, contractors, and commissioning personnel to prevent defects, reduce rework, and ensure safe, compliant facilities meeting approved requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, field engineering, or project execution.
• Experience on EPC/industrial projects and knowledge of quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based quality resource for construction, engineering, procurement, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and verify compliance with project specifications and procedures.
• Conduct field audits, inspections, and quality reviews; support corrective action management.
