Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional registration or licensure as EI/EIT or PE, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and review QA surveys to analyze results and recommend corrective actions or improvements in the quality control program and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and appraise new weapon systems in development to determine QAIP coverage and surveys.
• Review the QAIPs for the Site Office for accuracy and approval.
• Analyze engineering problems related to precision machining, metallurgy, production processes, electronics, RF, and materials to evaluate QA controls.
• Represent the QA program management at conferences and meetings with contractors and site offices to exchange information and resolve issues.
