Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support testing across critical business and data applications. You will perform hands-on manual testing, validate complex processes, and partner with technical teams to ensure software quality in an Agile environment.

You will work with SQL, PostgreSQL, Python-based testing tools, and enterprise data platforms while advocating for quality and driving defect resolution before production releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong manual testing experience in enterprise applications.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution.
• Strong SQL skills for database validation and data analysis.
• Experience validating data integrity and business workflows.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Our client, a leading organization within the investment management space, is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support testing efforts across critical business and data applications. This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on QA professional with experience executing manual test plans, validating complex business processes, and partnering with technical teams to ensure software quality. You'll work with technologies including SQL, PostgreSQL, Python-based testing tools, and enterprise data platforms in a collaborative Agile environment.
