Qualifications

• Минимум 3 года опыта QA-инженером на коммерческих проектах.

Responsibilities

• Вы будете основным QA‑контактом для стейкхолдеров, обеспечивая ежедневные обновления и согласование стандартов качества.
• Переводить бизнес‑требования в детальные сценарии UAT и критерии приемки.
• Проводить демонстрации продукта для стейкхолдеров для валидации функций и сбора обратной связи.
• Выполнять ручное и регрессионное тестирование веб и мобильных приложений.
• Управлять тестовой документацией и окружениями, необходимыми для циклов UAT.

Описание:

RichBrains is looking for a QA Engineer who truly cares about product quality. We need someone who takes full responsibility for their work, digs deep into how features operate, and brings a critical eye to how we build software. If you love asking the right questions, have a solid grounding in QA processes, and enjoy collaborating with developers and stakeholders, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will focus on UAT to ensure new features meet user expectations. You’ll identify and document issues, coordinate validation phases with end-users, and work across our EdTech platform to guarantee smooth production releases.

• Act as the primary QA contact for stakeholders, providing daily updates and aligning on quality standards
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive UAT test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Conduct product demos for stakeholders to validate features and gather direct feedback
• Perform manual and regression testing across web and mobile applications to ensure platform stability
• Manage test documentation and environments required for smooth UAT cycles

Требования:

• At least 3 years of experience as QA Engineer on commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of software testing types, methodologies, and techniques
• Experience with UAT, API testing, Postman
• Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Testmo)
• Advanced English level to be able to communicate with native-speaker stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work 11:00-20:00 GMT+3 and being located close to that timezone
