Job summary

US Conec seeks an entry-level Quality Engineer to support product quality, customer satisfaction, supplier quality, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and development operations. You will work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Product Management to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering, 0–2 years in quality roles, strong analytical skills, and excellent cross-functional communication to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 0–2 years in quality/manufacturing or related engineering roles.
• Strong analytical and problem solving with cross-functional collaboration.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage pri orities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer quality concerns and drive timely resolution.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to implement quality improvements.
• Coordinate supplier quality activities and audits.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and internal audits.
• Apply SPC/MSA tools to improve process capability.
• Maintain QA documentation and records.
