Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (bachelor level or higher).
• 2+ years manufacturing quality experience (or plastics injection molding).
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SigmaXL, InfinityQS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support critical success factors and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide oversight of root cause and corrective action program.
• Monitor trends from key metrics and drive improvements using quality tools.
• Provide oversight of the technical audit program.
• Coordinate and support setting and updating product specifications.
• Maintain and improve documentation of processes and procedures.
• Provide oversight of the quality training program.
• Research and champion new quality technologies.
• Evaluate opportunities for improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Maintain oversight of data analysis.
