Job summary

Axle, a bioscience and information technology company, seeks a Quality Assurance & Support Engineer to own end-to-end quality for a Node.js/Angular Identity Management product. You will design automated and manual tests, apply AI-assisted testing, and provide responsive end-user support.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers, contribute to CI/CD, and help build practical QA processes while engaging with users to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in software quality assurance or testing roles.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
• Strong understanding of testing principles, test planning, and defect lifecycle.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting defects and supporting users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and integration scenarios.
• Write robust test scripts and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to catch usability issues and edge cases.
