Job summary

MDM Technology in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure software meets user and product needs in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. You will design and maintain test plans, automate UI/API tests, analyze quality metrics, and drive improvements across enterprise integrations with Postman, Playwright, Selenium, and more.

This role collaborates with product teams to deliver reliable releases and supports data-driven QA processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience testing web applications.
• Expertise in API and Integration Testing (REST, JSON/XML, OAuth, webhooks).
• Hands-on with automation frameworks and tools (Postman, Playwright, Selenium).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Familiarity with AI-powered quality engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing of new features, bug fixes, and enhancements in an agile team.
• Write and maintain automated UI, API, and performance tests.
• Define and track QA metrics, defects, and test status.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Support deployments to ensure stability and reliability.
