Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation & Business Processes to design, build, and sustain automated testing across applications and workflows. You will develop robust test frameworks, craft functional and end-to-end tests, and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency.

The role requires 3-5 years in QA/automation, strong SQL/data validation, and experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, test automation, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to support application and business process validation.
• Create and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
• Monitor automated test pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve test reliability.
• Expand automation coverage for high-risk and high-volume business processes.
• Validate business rules and system workflows through automated testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and manage realistic test data reflecting real-world scenarios and edge cases.
• Report on quality metrics, trends, and automation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to support application and business process validation

• Maintain documentation for test cases, automation frameworks, and quality standards
• Support training efforts and knowledge sharing across teams
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, test automation, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, or comparable technologies
• Experience working with SQL and data validation techniques
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to support evolving business needs
