SMSI is looking for a Supplier Quality Representative to support work for Merrick on a Canadian project. This is a full-time position and can be a flex work schedule.This role is remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S. but will require extensive travel.
Job Summary:
The QA Engineer (QE) position is a skilled quality assurance specialist who provides support for the SMSI Merrick joint venture on Merrick's Canadian project. The QE is a Certified Lead Auditor who performs independent verification activities such as monitoring, auditing, and surveillance required by the QA Program. The QE has responsibility for assuring the effective implementation and maintenance of the Nuclear Service & Technology (NST) QA Program. The QE will serve as the primary point of contact and will be expected to develop strong professional relationships with SMSI counterparts in our clients’ organizations.
