Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous QA Engineer to test and ensure the quality of our Salesforce implementations and data cloud projects. The ideal candidate will focus on Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, and other upgrades, ensuring flawless functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives.
• Validate the migration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice from Genesys and Salesforce Experience Cloud from AEM.
• Test upgrades to the Higher Logic community and other integrated systems.
• Leverage automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in QA roles, preferably with Salesforce platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud testing processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud migrations.
