Actalent is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join a regulatory-driven manufacturing environment focused on infant formula production in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. You will partner with production teams to investigate issues, drive CAPAs, and ensure GMP compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role includes on-site responsibilities, collaboration across departments, and the opportunity to develop quality systems and documentation in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• 1+ years of quality experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience in food, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong investigation, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eau Claire, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.21 - $35.58/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
