SolomonEdwards is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to scale the testing discipline across a high-availability platform used by enterprise customers. You will blend manual testing rigor with automation and AI-assisted tooling to improve release quality and developer velocity.

You will design tests, build automation components, and integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with Eng/Prod/DevOps to ensure data integrity and robust test coverage. Competitive benefits offered.

Formación

• 7+ years of quality engineering across web/mobile testing and automation.
• Hands-on with Playwright and Appium.
• CI/CD integration experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Perform functional, integration, regression, usability, and E2E testing across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API layers.
• Build reusable automation components and enhance existing frameworks.
• Conduct API/integration testing for RESTful services & microservices.
• Validate data integrity using SQL and database testing techniques.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to embed quality into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, and track defects; support root cause analysis.
• Maintain clear documentation of test cases, results, and quality metrics.

What You’ll Do

Must-Have Qualifications

• CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions)
• Strong SQL and relational database skills

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing/development tools (LLM-based test generation, intelligent automation, AI-enabled IDEs)
• Experience in high-availability or data-intensive platforms
