Job summary

Granules Pharmaceutical Inc. (GPI) seeks a dependable, detail-oriented temporary employee to support the Quality Assurance Department with document management, electronic filing, record organization, and quality support activities in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to follow established procedures, and work independently with minimal supervision. Training will be provided; pharmaceutical industry experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with QA document control activities under departmental guidance.
• Review, organize, and verify documentation related to Training records, batch records, Certificate of analysis, Logbook.
• Scan, upload, and electronically file quality and production documents.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel to ensure accurate documentation and record management.
