Job summary

Granules Pharmaceuticals Inc. (GPI) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented temporary employee to support the Quality Assurance Department with document management, electronic filing, record organization, and quality support activities in Chantilly, Virginia.

No prior pharmaceutical industry experience is required; training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and follow established procedures in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA with document management, electronic filing, record organization, and quality support activities.
• Support QA product release documentation under departmental guidance and ensure compliance.
• Scan, upload, and electronically file QA and production documents; maintain QA storage areas and archives.
• Collaborate with QA personnel to ensure accurate documentation and record management.
