Job summary

Magnera Corporation is seeking a QA Data & Lab Support Specialist to act as a resource to the Quality Assurance Manager and Operations staff. The role covers data generation, collection, reporting, calibration, and vendor monitoring within a manufacturing setting.

You will generate Certificates of Analysis, maintain data reports and dashboards, and assist with lab equipment maintenance while supporting training and documentation. Weekend/holiday COA and on-call rotation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in industrial manufacturing with property testing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Ability to distinguish letters and read instruments.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety in daily activities.
• Review data report sheets and investigate discrepancies.
• Generate and transmit Certificates of Analysis to customers.
• Maintain data reports, indexes, templates, and dashboards.
• Assist with lab equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Support lab training and documentation.
• Participate in weekend/holiday COA and on-call rotation.
