Job summary

Magnera Corporation seeks a quality control laboratory technician to join our manufacturing quality team. You will perform standard lab tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.

Responsibilities include accurate data reporting, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with production to address quality issues. A high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Physical and cognitive requirements: standing, bending, manual dexterity, and the ability to read lab data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products per lab instructions.
• Interpret results and document data for quality records.
• Communicate out-of-spec conditions to team leaders and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory environment and follow quality procedures.
