Job summary

Neshoba General is seeking a qualified professional to lead the QAPI program and drive performance improvement across the facility. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.

Job description

Job Description Overview: Leads, guides, and directs the quality assessment assurance program, and performance improvement (QAPI) activities of the healthcare facility in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards and established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other health-related fields
Experience
  • 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance and long‑term care facility preferred
Certification/License
  • CPHQ certification preferred.
Recommended Qualifications.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to demonstrate and provide leadership.
  • Computer proficient.
  • Self‑directed.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Scheduled Hours

Monday-Friday 8-430 (may vary based on needs of facility)
