Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Manager of Quality to lead the Quality Assurance department on-site in Export, PA. You will drive the Quality Business System, improve processes, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance while partnering with Production and cross-functional teams.

You will manage a small team, oversee internal audits, CAPA, and supplier quality initiatives, and support new product development with rigorous quality plans and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, manufacturing, or business area.
• 5–7 years’ experience applying Total Quality concepts in a manufacturing environment.
• 5–7 years’ management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5–7 years Lean Six Sigma experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Business System (QMS) and ISO 9001 program.
• Develop quality initiatives supporting business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Manage Internal Audit Program and CAPA system.
• Maintain customer quality metrics and lead corrective action processes.
• Partner with Production to ensure in-process quality requirements.
• Provide statistical analysis and quality support to operations and cross-functional teams.
• Lead new product development validation, sampling plans, and approvals.
• Coordinate supplier and customer capability assessments and supplier development.
• Manage supplier quality via PPAP, SCAR, and continuous improvement.
