Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience gathering, analyzing, and reporting data.
• Experience in children or family services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop tracking systems for clinical benchmarks and monitor improvement initiatives.
• Assist with regulatory audits and monitor HBIPPS indicators for Joint Commission standards.
• Compile data and submit month-end reports; communicate findings to leadership.
• Participate in committees and record meeting minutes.
• Manage the online learning platform, orientation, and report training deficiencies.
• Maintain health information systems and provide medical records coverage; adhere to HIPAA.
