Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in gathering, analyzing, and reporting data.
• Like experience in children or family services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Compliance: Develop tracking systems for clinical benchmarks and monitor improvement initiatives.
• Reporting: Compile data and submit month-end reports for leadership.
• Committees: Participate in Medical Management, P&T, and Performance Improvement committees and record meeting minutes.
• Training: Manage the online learning platform and report on training deficiencies.
• Operations: Maintain health information systems and ensure HIPAA/confidentiality policies.
• Professionalism: Maintain respectful conduct toward all colleagues and stakeholders.
