Job summary

The State of Florida is seeking an Operations Review Specialist (MS Analyst I) to strengthen the integrity of driver license and motor vehicle issuance offices through QA, monitoring, and collaboration with Tax Collectors and other agencies.

The role requires analytical, self-motivated professionals with experience in FD L IS/ ORION and FRVIS, and strong communication and data analysis skills. Office locations include multiple statewide hubs.

Qualifications

• Experience with FD L IS/ ORION and FRVIS for driver license and vehicle data systems.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and organize data to support compliance with program standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate issuance of driver licenses and motor vehicle credentials through quality assurance activities.
• Monitor compliance and provide support to offices statewide.
• Identify weaknesses, recommend changes, and work with management to resolve issues.
