C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on routine monitoring, auditing, and observing work to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a High School diploma or GED, and may possess an Associates or undergraduate degree. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience required.
• Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conducts monitoring and recommends improvements with program review documentation.
• Compiles required monitoring documents and submits responses to QA Lead.
• Provides technical assistance on workforce services programs.
• Maintains knowledge on current and future programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
