Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality standards and calibration processes.
• Exposure to statistical and weld inspection.
• Familiar with OHSA, WHMIS, third party warehousing, materials management, logistics and auditing.
• Able to meet customer expectations and work in a professional manner.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions set out by the QA Supervisor and EQS-Quality Manager.
• Verify incoming, in-process and outgoing product with customer requirements.
• Validate parts and materials to blueprint specifications and calibration standards.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate record filing systems.
• Assist on-site customer and government quality assurance representatives.
• Support ISO and OHSA standards and identify preventive actions and improvements.
• Meet customer expectations of quality, safety, service and value criteria.
• Maintain quality performance data supporting QA metrics tracking.
