State Street is seeking a Quality Assurance AVP to lead QA efforts for the Integrated Banking System Cash Application Team. The role involves hands-on testing, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, users, analysts, and developers to understand business needs and support deployment.
Qualifications include 10+ years in software quality engineering, 5+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC, with MT Payments experience and automation skills.
Who we are looking for
The Quality Assurance AVP position will be an integral part of the IBS Integrated Banking System Cash Application Team and will be responsible for performing quality assurance activities including planning and testing. The candidate is expected to be a hands-on tester and work directly with team members on & offshore, application users, analysts and developers to understand the business as well as aid in the deployment and post deployment support of the solution developed. Candidates should be knowledgeable of MT Payments, Jira and have automation experience.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $167,500 Annual
