ContinuumCloud is hiring a Quality Assurance & Automation Analyst position to work closely with the Product and Engineering team. In this role, you’ll validate software solutions supporting behavioral health and human services, collaborating with developers to test and improve features for a seamless user experience. Working across regions, flexibility is essential. Success requires attention to detail, prior experience with QA in human services technology, and a commitment to high-quality software delivery.

Must be a US citizen or have valid work authorization. This role is remote but requires East Coast working hours.

Who We Are:

ContinuumCloud offers a spectrum of cloud-based software solutions designed to meet the unique needs of the behavioral health and human services industry. Our solutions include an EHR platform powered by Welligent, an HR & Payroll system powered by DATIS HR Cloud, and a Patient Engagement Platform powered by CaredFor. Through these offerings, we empower organizations to provide high-quality care and fulfill their mission.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Validate software features supporting client care, human capital management, and engagement platforms, including electronic health records and virtual support systems.
  • Contribute to developing new testing automation tools and define validation requirements for future tools.
  • Conduct functional, stress, and performance testing across ContinuumCloud’s solutions for behavioral health.
  • Monitor software performance to ensure alignment with standards of client care and employee experience.
  • Develop strategic test plans for new and existing software features.
  • Collaborate with developers to address issues, implement fixes, and validate changes.
  • Assess requirements for testability and ensure compliance with federal and internal standards.
  • Create data visualizations and metrics to communicate findings.

What you bring to the role:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a product-focused role.
  • Minimum of two years of experience validating software features or embedded systems; manual testing experience alone is not sufficient.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience, including manual testing.
  • Keen attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Creative, innovative, and abstract thinking abilities, with an understanding of how small details impact the big picture.

  • Experience in test automation and validation in human services software is preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel if needed.
  • This role requires the candidate to be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Knowledge of TestRail is preferred.
  • AI knowledge is a plus.

Benefits and Advantages:

We prioritize the health and well-being of our team and offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Multiple medical insurance options.
  • 401k plan with company match.
  • Company-funded Life, AD&D, and Disability insurances.
  • Company-sponsored training and certification programs.
  • Flexible PTO policy.
  • Company holidays include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and two floating holidays.
