Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector to support a Work to Standard manufacturing culture. The role conducts defined audits of product and processes, summarizes results, and discusses standards with operators to drive immediate feedback and ongoing improvements.

The inspector will review findings with leaders and help resolve gaps in standards. Responsibilities include assisting with containments, summarizing tier-1 audits, and reviewing IQ Reports, Quality Alerts and Test Wall

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and apply standard work documents.
• Strong audit and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined audits of product and processes and summarize results in electronic tablet.
• Review audit findings and discuss work standards with workstation operators after audits.
• Evaluate audit findings with operational leaders and drive improvements to standards.
• Assist in product containments and summarize audit findings at tier 1.
• Review quality documentation (IQ Reports, Quality Alerts, Test Wall Report, etc.).
