The University of Miami is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Auditor to join UHealth on the Medical Campus in Miami, FL. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, local regulations and NIH/contract requirements while auditing laboratory and research protocols.

You will prepare investigation reports, support biospecimen management, and maintain QA databases and SOPs. Responsibilities include conducting quarterly internal audits, updating the Quality Management Plan, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Learning agility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
• Strong written and verbal communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Remain in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and conduct inquiries of laboratory and research protocols.
• Prepare reports of investigations and inquiries for internal or external use.
• Assist with educational programs and present to groups within the University’s research community.
• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend policy updates to maintain compliance.
