• Assess export-control dossiers for international shipments.
• Assist Document Control to ensure retrievable records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Please note this is a temp role offered by Bruker. If hired into role, you will be employed with a 3rd party service provider to Bruker. Position is based out of our Tucson, AZ offices and requires onsite presence.

New opportunity with the Bruker BioSpin SII Team based in Tucson Arizona for a Quality Assurance Associate on a temporary part time project basis (10 hours per week)

• Partner with Quality and Operations Managers to review hard-copy and electronic form quality records.
• Review and approve instrument hard-copy quality binders, and/or their electronic equivalents
• Review and approve hard-copy and electronic quality records for Service items, e.g. cameras
• Review and approve incoming QC paper/electronic records, e.g. for cameras and X-ray components
• Review and assess export-control dossiers (and electronic folders) for international shipments
• Assist Document Control and ensure records are complete and stored in a manner where they are readily retrievable
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 2 years Quality Assurance work experience within a commercial mechanical or industrial work environment
• Made2Manage or QAD work experience strongly preferred
• Add Quality notes and instructions to Solid Works files (Knowledge of SolidWorks)
• Development of SOP's strongly desired.
• Hands-on experience with batch record review and product disposition preferred
• Advanced oral, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills, including advanced MS Office Suite
• Fluent oral and written English language proficiency required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse global team work environment
• Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to satisfactorily complete position training and compliance requirements
• Ability to maintain current knowledge of company tools, products, and applications
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
• May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
