Job summary

Bruker is seeking a temporary part-time Quality Assurance Associate based in Tucson, AZ. This role supports the SII Team by reviewing quality records, approving binders, and assisting with documentation control for instruments and components on a 10-hour-per-week schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years QA experience in a mechanical/industrial setting, and strong English, with experience in SolidWorks and ERP systems like Made2Manage or QAD viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 2 years QA experience in a commercial mechanical/industrial setting.
• Made2Manage or QAD experience strongly preferred.
• Add quality notes to SolidWorks files.
• Development of SOPs strongly desired.
• Hands-on batch record review and product disposition preferred.
• Fluent English (oral & written) required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Quality and Operations Managers to review quality records.
• Review and approve instrument quality binders and electronic records.
• Review service records for cameras and X-ray components.
• Review export-control dossiers for international shipments.
• Assist Document Control and ensure records are retrievable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
