Job summary

Mill Haven Foods in New Lisbon, WI, is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate. You will handle customer and supplier communications, ensure formulas and labels meet standards, and support QA processes across manufacturing.

The role requires 3–4 years in quality within manufacturing; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Join a team focused on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic food production environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review customer supply documents and respond to questions.
• Create and update Small Pack MMRs and Specification Workbooks.
• Supplier approvals and incoming receipt label verification.
• Update manufacturing records, formulas, and ingredient files.
• Input formulas and manage NLEA’s and SFP panels in Genesis.
• Back-up for Quality Assurance Plant Document Control.
