Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a QA Associate for our Braselton, GA distribution center. This onsite role focuses on processing merchandise, correcting labeling, and ensuring pallets carry clear identifying markings. You will work across departments in a rapidly growing supply chain.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, teamwork, basic math, and a safety-first mindset. Prior warehouse experience and PKMS familiarity are a plus; lifting up to 75 lbs may be required.

The QA Associate is responsible for processing merchandise, identifying inner packs not consistent with Distribution Lot (DL) and communicating accordingly.

We prefer some of these qualities as well...

  • At least 6 months of warehouse experience
  • Have working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) functions needed for picking and packing

  • Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladder
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs
  • Comfortable with walking/standing 90% of the day
  • Comfortable with working heights up to 35ft
