BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina in Florence, SC is seeking a Quality Control Auditor to evaluate accuracy and effectiveness of departmental operations, including claims, membership, and customer service. This full-time, onsite role resides at 200 North Dozier Boulevard, offering a structured, office-based environment.

You will conduct focused audits, document findings, and implement improvements to reduce errors while training new staff and supporting special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related claims processing, customer service, auditing, training, analysis or operations experience.
• 2 years of experience performing quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct focused quality audits across operations to ensure standards and procedures are followed.
• Document findings and propose implementation changes to reduce errors.
• Identify weaknesses and update training materials accordingly.
• Provide management with feedback on errors and long‑term solutions.
• Develop and monitor a quality improvement program based on reviews.
• Track corrective actions and report quality performance to stakeholders.
• Train new employees and stay current with guideline changes.
• Assist with special projects such as system changes and testing.
