AMEND Consulting, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst intern to gain hands-on experience supporting the Delivery team. You will audit delivery metrics, organize documentation, and assist with client revenue analysis, while preparing SOPs and maintaining data quality.

This co-op/internship offers exposure to Kantata and Power BI, with an opportunity to join the Analyst Program for a semester-long development experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of a degree in Business or a related field.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with AMEND team members.
• Comfort in using Excel and willingness to learn business intelligence tools (Power BI).
• Basic familiarity or willingness to learn key operational business systems such as Kantata and SharePoint.
• Good communication and ability to work independently with guidance.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Audit and ensure adherence to delivery metrics and data standards (e.g., Project Health Pulses and AMEND Quality System preparation).
• Collect and verify baseline data related to project scope changes (Extension vs Expansion).
• Support creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for delivery metric capture.
• Manage and oversee the Operational SharePoint site: gather, organize, and track document artifacts with revision histories.
• Perform data cleanup in project management systems (e.g., Kantata), focusing on agreed definitions.
• Audit Kantata projects to verify billing milestones, resourcing, and status accuracy.
• Collect, analyze and clean historical data to support BI reporting comparisons.
