Job summary

Medpace is seeking an office-based QA intern for Summer 2027 in Cincinnati, OH. You will assist with documentation, audit readiness, and QA data review, collaborating with QA staff and other departments to drive quality improvements.

The role supports the QA team in maintaining regulatory and quality management standards while providing hands-on exposure to clinical quality assurance processes and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or similar.
• Available to work 40 hours a week onsite in Cincinnati, OH.
• 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Internship or project experience with clinical quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Assist with quality system documentation and record management.
• Support audit preparation and inspection readiness activities.
• Help review and organize QA data, reports and process improvements.
• Participate in meetings and projects related to quality and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with QA staff and other departments as needed
