The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA experience, excellent communication, and hands-on skills with manual and automated testing, test cases, dashboards, and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience with dashboards and quality metrics is a plus.
• Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.
• Reproduce, document, and triage bugs; work closely with engineering to drive resolution.
• Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Support QA leads in driving test strategy and test plan creation.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress.
• Conduct Product Audits to analyze/improve QA test coverage.
• Conduct Bug Audits to analyze product improvement areas.
• Provide Release readiness support for Medium/small size features.
• Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features.
• Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads.
• Work onsite as needed to collaborate directly with engineering and QA teams.
• Support stealth projects which require higher diligence in execution.
• Run and lead testing techniques like benchmarking, battery, and performance testing.

As a QA Contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality by executing and improving test processes, collaborating with engineering and QA leads, and supporting the delivery of high-quality features. This role is designed for individuals who can operate independently, contribute to test strategy, and take ownership of execution within defined scopes.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics is a plus.
• Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with python, javascript, SQL
