Job summary

Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) is seeking an entry-level Quality Assurance Analyst to serve as a point-of-contact for QERTS and provide administrative support for surveillance records and investigations. The role involves database management, data quality checks, and coordination with surveillance engineers and partners to ensure timely, accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have two years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to accurately transcribe, enter, review, and maintain data with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder support skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to document information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support surveillance tracking and ensure quality records are maintained.
• Coordinate with engineers and partners to collect and transmit surveillance information by deadlines.
• Review entries for accuracy and consistency with requirements and procedures.
• Participate in meetings to resolve issues and improve QERTS/LAPS workflows.
• Maintain historical records and support data quality improvements.
