Park Place Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I to work with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to manually test internal products and third-party integrations. You will develop and write test cases to validate products before production and ensure adherence to QA best practices across the SDLC.

The role requires hands-on testing experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Formación

• Hands-on manual software testing experience.
• Familiarity with SDLC and QA best practices.
• Ability to review product documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Experience designing, authoring and communicating test scenarios and use cases.

Responsabilidades

• Create, author and manually test appropriate test cases for assigned products.
• Interact with teams to ensure tests have coverage that is accurate and complete.
• Ensure test repositories are kept up to date by adding and updating tests.
• Ensure test management procedures are followed and take corrective action as needed.
• Collaborate with teams and participate in planning of UAT prior to product launches.
• Participate in UAT by replicating and writing up issues reported by users.
• Create tickets in system of record for all issues detected during any testing phase.
• Provide timely and accurate status reports to stakeholders.
• Perform manual regression testing as defined for products prior to release.
• Become a SME on products assigned to ensure robust test cases.
• Be a strong problem solver with good work ethic and attitude.
• Collaborate and learn from team members and follow all team processes.
• Function as an excellent team player contributing individually and collectively.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and take initiative in new skills.
