Qualifications

• 0-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control.
• Basic understanding of company products and their uses.
• Knowledge of quality control practices and industry trends.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions based on analysis, knowledge and judgment.
• Ability to initiate and maintain cooperative relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Discuss inspection results with responsible personnel and recommend corrective actions.
• Test materials and processes; monitor production for defects.
• Maintain test documentation and data analyses.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Track, forecast, and report quality data as needed.
• Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
