Job Summary

The Expert Quality Assurance Analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with Pulse8 development and product teams to ensure high data accuracy. The role involves leading and improving a comprehensive quality assurance program, reviewing and approving data related to new developments, product enhancements, and client production runs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance program.
  2. Enhance existing data integrity and accuracy processes.
  3. Maintain policies and procedures for data review and approval.
  4. Collaborate with QA team to share best practices and support continuous improvement.
  5. Create and maintain test cases and acceptance criteria for quality assurance processes.
  6. Support development and product teams, ensuring QA processes are followed during implementations and updates.
  7. Develop and execute test cases, including automation, to verify data quality before delivery.
  8. Document findings and collaborate with teams to resolve issues, ideally via dashboards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in healthcare analytics, information systems, or software engineering.
  • 3-5 years analyzing medical and pharmacy claims.
  • 3-5 years providing business process support for healthcare products.
  • 5+ years in QA testing for healthcare software, including automation and test case development.
  • Experience with data visualization or BI tools for 3+ years.
  • Proficiency with SQL for 3+ years.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to work remotely within a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Healthcare knowledge in Claims, Risk Adjustment, Medicare Advantage, ACA, Quality metrics, Medicaid.
  • Experience with BI tools and SAS.
