Job description

Kforce has a client seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a 6-month contract with potential extensions. The role is fully remote with PST hours and flexible scheduling.

Duties Include:

• Develop and maintain test plans, including manual test cases
• Design and execute test plans for software and systems
• Perform testing according to the Test Plan; document and report issues
• Ensure applications function correctly and meet specifications
• Execute regression tests for updated applications
• Maintain testing records and prepare reports on testing outcomes
• Identify and report bugs; assist developers in reproducing issues
• Collaborate with developers and users to optimize testing processes
• Suggest improvements for systems or software

Requirements:

• 2+ years of manual QA testing experience
• Experience with end-to-end testing and test plan creation
• Knowledge of regression and smoke testing
• Ability to investigate, debug, and read code
• Experience testing with Salesforce CRM
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability in testing techniques
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to develop test strategies from specifications
• Excellent communication skills across diverse groups
• Mobile testing experience is a plus

The compensation range is estimated based on current market and may vary. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' benefits vary by legal requirements and contract specifics.
