Job summary

Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a QA Automation/Testing Analyst to develop and maintain understanding of insurance processes for test applications and to ensure the DuckCreek suite (Policy, Billing, Claims) functions correctly.

The role requires reviewing QA plans, documenting feedback, and maintaining defect logs in Azure. You will collaborate with development and automation teams to create regression scripts and run weekly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2 years of experience in QA testing or related occupation.
• Experience reviewing QA test plans and documenting feedback.

Responsibilities

• Understand DuckCreek applications: Policy, Billing and Claims.
• Review QA Test Plans and advise changes as needed.
• Conduct review sessions with client users and document feedback.
• Maintain QA Test Plans and defects in Microsoft Azure.
• Demo sessions with users to review developed application at different stages.
• Create weekly QA testing progress statistics.
• Collaborate with development team to detail issues reported by QA.
• Work with Automation Tool team to develop automated regression scripts.

Job Description

Job Duties:

Develop and maintain an understanding of the insurance processes for which test applications are prepared.

Develop complete understanding of all DuckCreek applications i.e. Policy, Billing and Claims.

Review QA Test Plans created by QA team and advise, if any changes are required.

Conduct review sessions of QA test plans with client users and document feedback.

Maintain QA Test Plans and defect issues in Microsoft Azure.

Conduct demo sessions with users to review developed application at different stages of project.

Create weekly statistics of QA Testing progress, defects and other issues.

Work with application development team to provide more details on issues reported by QA Team.

Work with Automation Tool team to develop automated scripts for regression testing of applications

Responsibilities

Position also requires demonstrated experience in the following:

Domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance

DuckCreek Applications i.e. Policy, Billing and Claims

Qualifications

Required Minimum Position Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
