Job summary

Corvant is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support quality management initiatives, including audit planning, fieldwork, and findings documentation. The role emphasizes contributing to operational excellence through strong audit methodology and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of quality assurance, compliance, or operations experience.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quality audit planning and preparation including scheduling and checklist development
• Participate in quality audits by conducting interviews, reviewing records, and observing processes
• Document audit findings accurately and clearly in audit reports
• Track corrective action plans and follow up with owners to ensure timely closure
• Maintain quality management documentation including procedures, checklists, and audit records
• Research quality standards and best practices to inform audit scope and criteria
• Prepare data summaries and trend analyses for quality performance reporting
• Assist with development and delivery of quality awareness training materials
• Support the Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst with special quality projects and initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the quality management program
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
