Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
• 3+ years of State Government experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Emphasys.
• 3+ years of experience with HDS.
• 6+ years of experience with Data Mapping.
• 6+ years of experience with Business Process Testing & Improvement.
• 6+ years of experience with Process & Procedure Documentation.
• 6+ years of experience creating Statements of Work, Change Orders, AND Software Modification Requests.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process software mapping activities.

• Track helpdesk tickets and coordinate vendor resolutions.

• Assist internal staff in mapping complex spreadsheets to software data fields.

Job Title:Senior Quality Analyst – Data Mapping & Business Process Improvement

Position Overview

Support the final stages of enterprise software implementation through quality assurance, data mapping, and business process improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with program stakeholders, project management, internal teams, and software vendors to improve software functionality, strengthen operational processes, and enhance consumer satisfaction.

The Senior Quality Analyst will lead data mapping and QA activities, identify software functionality gaps, recommend improvements, and prepare documentation supporting software modifications and business process enhancements.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process software mapping activities.
• Review business processes and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
• Perform enterprise software reviews and quality assurance analysis.
• Work with program staff to resolve enterprise software functionality issues and pain points.
• Track helpdesk tickets and coordinate issue resolution with software vendors.
• Identify and recommend enterprise software improvements and modifications.
• Serve as a liaison between the agency project manager, software vendor, and program area staff.
• Prepare presentations, documentation, correspondence, and reports supporting software change orders, statements of work, and software modifications.
• Assist internal staff in mapping complex spreadsheets to software data fields supporting business functions.
• Work with subject matter experts to identify software functionality gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, procedures, and consumer satisfaction.
• Provide documentation and training for recommended business process changes.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
• 3+ years of State Government experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Emphasys.
• 3+ years of experience with HDS.
• 6+ years of experience with Data Mapping.
• 6+ years of experience with Business Process Testing & Improvement.
• 6+ years of experience with Process & Procedure Documentation.
• 6+ years of experience creating Statements of Work, Change Orders, AND Software Modification Requests.
• High School education required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with End User Support.
