Job summary

Waters seeks a Quality Control Laboratory professional to perform routine and non-routine testing in a regulated setting. You will handle hazardous materials and work in a BSL-3 environment, ensuring accurate data and compliance with GMP/GDP/GLP across multiple labs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and 1 year of microbiology/medical tech lab experience, with on-site collaboration as a core aspect of the job.

Qualifications

• GMP/GDP/GLP experience or knowledge

• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to SOPs and product specs.
• Safely handle hazardous materials, following safety policies and procedures.
• Test Mycobacterium tuberculosis and similar organisms in BSL-3 conditions with strict safety adherence.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Document results in laboratory records and SAP or other electronic systems.
• Support investigations of OOS results and contribute to CAPA recommendations.
• Develop, review, and revise SOPs and test methods as part of quality program.
