Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Lab Technician to join our in-office team. You will support the Quality Department, assist project teams, and conduct product testing in the Complaint Laboratory under GMP/GLP guidelines.

The role requires an technical/associate science degree, 1–3 years in a regulated industry, and strong Excel skills. ASQ certification is a plus, with attention to accuracy and timely data handling in a biohazard environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Technical or associate degree in science is preferred.
• Experience in a regulated lab environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally for the Quality Department and project teams.
• Support the Quality Department and project teams in testing and investigations.
• Perform product testing in the Complaint Laboratory following GMP/GLP requirements.
• Prepare investigation files and maintain data accuracy for analysis.
