Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Associate I to join our Easton, PA site on 2nd shift. You will help ensure quality and compliance across shipping, receiving, inventory and warehousing.

The role requires attention to detail, strong documentation, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment. Prior QA/QC experience is a plus but not required.

Applicants should be prepared for a 2nd shift schedule, pay rate $28 per hour, and direct hire employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in quality, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics or regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation review.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials.
• Identify, investigate, and document shipment discrepancies and variances.

• Create and maintain quality records and deviation documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Support inventory accuracy by documenting non-conforming materials.
• Ensure timely client communication regarding quality issues and damages.
• Track quality events and assist with case management.

• Review physical product against shipping and receiving documentation.
• Accept or reject materials based on established quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in quality, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, inspection, or another regulated environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working with electronic documentation and quality systems.
• Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and climbing.
• Ability to work on warehouse floors and in varying temperature environments.
