Role focuses on inline, mid-line, and final AQL inspections, with emphasis on fabric, trims, stitching, color, and measurements per tech pack. Coordinate corrective actions with factories and maintain QC reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel quality control / garment tech / QA.
• Eye for detail and understanding of US/EU quality standards.
• Good communication skills to handle vendors & internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform inline, mid-line and final AQL inspections (AQL 2.5 / 4.0).
• Check fabric, trims, stitching, measurements, color, wash & shrinkage as per tech pack.
• Review patterns, samples (Proto / Fit / PP / TOP) and give clear comments.
• Coordinate with factories/vendors for corrective actions.
• Maintain QC reports, measurement sheets & documentation.
• Ensure on-time quality approval before bulk shipment.

Role: Quality Associate - Apparel

Experience: 3-5+ Years

What you'll do:

• Perform inline, mid-line and final AQL inspections (AQL 2.5 / 4.0)
• Check fabric, trims, stitching, measurements, color, wash & shrinkage as per tech pack
• Review patterns, samples (Proto / Fit / PP / TOP) and give clear comments
• Coordinate with factories/vendors for corrective actions
• Maintain QC reports, measurement sheets & documentation
• Ensure on-time quality approval before bulk shipment

What we're looking for:

• Experience in apparel quality control / garment tech / QA
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction & measurement tolerance
• Eye for detail and understanding of US/EU quality standards
• Good communication skills to handle vendors & internal teams
• Familiar with Excel/Sheets & QC reporting
